| Policy: *Time block: Morning 9:00 to 13:00, Afternoon: 13:00 to 17:00. *Anyone who reserve the machine more than 4 hrs per day must show up onsite within 30 minutes after the start time ( e.g. before 9:30 if you reserve the whole morning), otherwise your reservation is cancelled. *Cancell your appointment online if you don't use the machine on the reservation period. *Fill Instrument Recording after use of instrument. *For exterior user, write email to Dr. S.V. Hoa for permission. *Problem in registration for Online Booking System, write email to administrator. |
